What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the entire Charlotte Region and beyond.   All package prices include up to a 25 mile radius from our location in 28117.  Further distances are charged as follows: 
26-35 miles =$20 additional charge, 36-45 miles = $25 additional charge, 46-55 miles = $35 additional charge.  We are able to accomodate areas in the greater region for an additional travel fee.  Contact us to inquire.

What do I need to supply for the performance?
 
Character entertainment requires an area for our character to have the children gather around for Story/Adventure Telling and one large table for a craft (no chairs)  or one small table for the Character's individual one-on-one activity of Glitter Tattoos, Face Painting or Make-Up.
Do I have to tip the performer?

You are not required to tip our performers, but it is greatly appreciated! Please note that what you pay for your character visit goes toward costuming, travel costs, party supplies, marketing and overhead costs before our performers get their pay.  Just like tipping the wait-staff at a restaurant for good service, it is customary to tip character performers.

Allergic Reactions:
Enchanted Elegance/Heroic Ventures is not responsible for allergic reactions.  We use hypoallergenic skin products.  Our Face Paint products, Diamond FX paints, are high quality with no lead base in them.  We understand the severity of sensitive skin types and always take this into account when purchasing our products.
Can we have the party outdoors?

We do require that events on days over 80 degrees take place indoors.  Our performers wear heavy, high quality costuming and wigs that can cause temperatures to rise quickly, triggering health issues.  Please contact us to further discuss if you are wanting an outdoor performance that may have higher temperatures.
Supervision:
We are not a daycare service, nor is it our job to discipline your child. We are entertainers and are not responsible for unruly or uncooperative children. We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience!
